Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data edizy collects on edizy.app, why, and what rights you have. edizy is in a pre-launch testing phase.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Waitlist form: email, first name (optional), country, banks you use (optional), estimated number of subscriptions (optional), whether you want a free audit, and your consent choices.
• Audit request form: name, email, country, preferred audit format, main banks, and anything you write in the free-text field.
• Campaign data: the page version you saw, the referring website and campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content).
• Usage statistics: aggregated, cookieless page and button statistics. They do not identify you and no cookies are set.

We do not collect bank statements or bank login details on this website. If you choose to share a statement for an audit, we will send you a separate secure link and explain how it is handled before you share anything.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To confirm your email and keep you on the waitlist: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To contact you about the free audit you requested: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To send product news, only if you ticked that box: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To understand which messages and channels work: our legitimate interest in improving the service, using only campaign data and aggregated statistics (Art. 6(1)(f)).

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Your data is stored in the European Union. We use these processors:

• Website hosting and form processing: Vercel (functions run in Dublin, Ireland)
• Database: Supabase, EU region (Ireland)
• Email delivery: Brevo (France)
• Cookieless analytics: [ANALYTICS PROVIDER]
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after the app launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed waitlist sign-ups are deleted after [30] days.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict its use. Emailhello@edizy.app. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. In Lithuania this is the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija); elsewhere, the authority in your country.
